CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY AND PUT A FREEZE ON YOUR LINE.
PAST EXPERIENCE, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE GETTING LOWER RATES, ETC.
IN FACT THE RATES MAY BE LOWER BUT THEY WILL KILL YOU WITH CHARGES AND TAXES NOT DONE BY LEGITIMATE PHONE COMPANIES.
